Bus trip to Stratford Shakespeare Festival

September 9 - 11, 2011

Stratford Festival Main Stage Theater
Here's where we enjoyed Shakespeare's Twelfth Night,
The Merry Wives of Windsor and the musical
Camelot by Alan J. Lerner and Frederick Loewe
The Festival has a total of four theaters.

The Whole Group of 40 Playgoers

The Arden Park Hotel where we stayed
in Stratford, Ont., Canada

The beautiful view from The Blue Water Bridge
as we cross over to Canada

Don Gochberg
Don is a retired MSU professor of English
specializing in Shakespeare and Milton.
His talks were insightful and helpful in
understanding the plays.

Joan Gochberg
She played songs for us from the musical Camelot
This is a Stratford Bus Trip tradition

The swans are tame and sometimes arrogant.
Here they block the road and stop the bus.
